  1. RomneyFacts.com Says:

Sarah Palin cannot afford to miss any of the debates period due to her plunging numbers and favorabilty which she must salvage and correct immediatly.

She still has time if she jumps in today but not tomorrow which is too late.

This contradicts the Primary and Caucus schedule. Here it has the Iowa Caucus on Feb 6th, the other calendar has Super Tuesday on Feb 7th?

  29. Robert Mearns Says:

I’d like some or all of these questions to be posed to the candidates for President. Does anyone know how I can make that happen? Here are my questions. Feel free to use them if you can stir up any answers:

In light of the recent environmental disasters we’ve witnessed at the Fukushima nuclear power plant and the month long Gulf oil spill, would you be willing to condemn the energy patents that these industries have intentionally purchased with the express intent of suppressing new technology from getting out to the free market place, that may also be less costly and environmentally safe, but would also likely destroy the oil and nuclear industries future business?

Considering the scope and size of the lobbyists and special interests for both the oil and nuclear industries, do you think any viable energy technology that would threaten or compete with these giant industries would ever be allowed to come forward?

Did you know that after the January 1986 nuclear disaster in Chernobyl, (over 25 year’s ago now) that neither the Soviet Union nor the United States, not even the nuclear industry itself, has been willing to fork out the $2 billion dollars required to put a large dome over the facility so that radiation would no longer leak out into the earth’s atmosphere? Can any candidate explain to me why this hasn’t been a priority, since the contamination effects everyone on earth still to this day?

Can any candidate explain why our EPA (and a week later followed by the European EPA) has chosen to raise the “safe” levels of radiation to levels that are thousands of times higher than was previously allowable prior to the Fukushima disaster in Japan? Why were these levels raised shortly after the diaster took place?

  46. Craig for Newt & Marco Says:

Newt won the debate last night. One to go before the caucus.

A good friend of mine cut to the chase and just said:

“Newt is a pro-life, Reagan Coalition Christian conservative and he’s knowledgeable, experienced, fully vetted (sought redemption and is largely forgiven), is battle tested and rip-roaring ready to hit the ground running. No on the job training necessary. He’s a deficit cutting, tax cutting, budget balancing, welfare reforming, socialist healthcare program (HillaryCare) blocking, small government, big defense dynamo. He’s already taking the battle to the enemy. In short, we’re desperate and he’s exactly what we’re looking for.”

NOW IS THE TIME TO COME TO THE AID OF YOUR COUNTRY……the quicker we unite around Gingrich, the quicker we end Willard’s threat to conservatism.

As Speaker, Gingrich led Republicans to magnificent successive victories:

    * Four consecutive balanced budgets

    * Over $400 billion of debt paid off

    * Bipartisan welfare reform

    * 11 million new jobs

    * Unemployment falling to under 4%.

  68. Jeoka Says:

It is amazing that people believe sending a career politician to Washington to clean-up the mess is the right thing for our country (40 years to be exact)? Not to mention the adulteress he will take with him that we would have to address as ‘the first lady’ REALLY?!!!! Class act man! Get your priorities right, America!!!

  69. Aftonmountain Says:

I prefer to take a gun to a gun fight! Go Newt 2012!

  70. Isabella Says:

The congressional members endorsing Gov. Romney are those members in need of a President who can work across the aisle to cut spending in Washington and get our country back to work!

  71. Sultan Says:

Yeah, your gun is only good against the media! With his laundry list Barack Obama is going to eat him up and spit him out! We need a President to lead, not a history lesson! Newt has diarrhea of the mouth! Gov. Romney for President.

  72. Don Says:

Romney/Christie for the 2012 ticket! An outsider and someone that has actually MANAGED multiple things in his life is what we need! Self made success story!!!!!! Washington, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had no hand in helping this gentlemens success story!!!!!!!!

  73. John Says:

Newt Gingrich is an extremely unhealthy looking man! A few donuts less may help! Our President must last eight years under extreme pressure! Nothing Presidential about this man……. Romney 2012.

  74. Jim Veater Says:

If you owned a business, small, medium or large, who would you trust most to run it for you out of the four candidates still running for president? I would put my money on Mitt Romney. He knows
what he is doing and has a proven track record. I would hate to turn over my business to Newt, Rick, or Ron when i could have Mitt Romney. Same situation looking at the economy and job creation. Who is the one you would choose here. Again, Mitt Romney is much the strongest in this field.

  75. Sasha Says:

I feel for South Carolina in that they will now loose their record for picking the republican nominee for president. Newt is a disaster waiting to happen! He has been dishonest in his personal life aswell as his professional career. Newt cannot be trusted and I am soooo happy to see Romney going after his position as speaker and his ties to Freddie and Fannie! Sorry South Carolina but this one you got wrong. Mitt R. for President!!!!!

  76. Joel Says:

Another short, awkward, grey haired man that cannot beat Obama! Can republicans not get it right? Remember four years ago people?

  77. Aftonmountain Says:

Newt was Palin-ed long before Palin was. Phony ethics charges! Romney people, do your homework. Your candidate is weak. The (R) establishment is behind Romney. That’s a good enough reason to be against him. Of the remaining field, only Newt can reduce government, and restore the power to the states. And Local Governments! It will take a bold conservative to right the ship. Newt will succeed! And beat Obama by 5% in november. Newt 2012

  78. Joel Says:

Aftonmountain, I hope you watched the NBC debate tonight? No media to bash and score points! No aplause after a history lesson or going after the moderater! Brian Williams gave him no opportunity to do so! It is about time, let’s get more of his character and resume questions. :-) ))) he was forced with the reality, Mitt in his face! Newt is a Washington insider, end of story! It will be the INDEPENDANT vote that will decide this election and they will not vote for Gingrich! You are probably one of those that tought McCain had a chance to beat Obama? If Newt gets the nomination, we are definitely in for four more years of Obama!

  79. Schnäppchenjagd Says:

naturally like your web site but you have to test the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very bothersome to inform the truth on the other hand I’ll surely come back again.

THEY WENT AFTER MONIKA LEWINSKI AFFAIR TO EXPOSE SITTING PRESIDENT SPEND TAX PAYERS MONEY. HE MUST ANSWER THAT- JOHN KING WAS RIGHT TO ASK NEWT THAT QUESTION. IF HE CANNOT ANSWER NOW HE WILL HAVE TO IN GENERAL ELECTION.better now.

  83. Aftonmountain Says:

So many listen, but still hear what they want to believe. Their are flaws with all the candidates. I only hope the next president will cut spending, cut taxes, and get government out of our lives. Mostly defend this nation! Joel; I consider myself a “Mark Levin” conservative. My views are more consistent with his. Hope you come to your senses. Newt 2012!

  84. Joel Says:

Look, to each his own! I am an Independant. I want CHANGE! We are all angry about the false promises made four years ago. What you should ask yourselves…Is Gingrich electable?! That’s it! The answer is NO he is not!!! I will not give this man my vote, period!

  85. Aftonmountain Says:

Joel, many of us knew what direction this president would take us. I hoped the damage wouldn’t have been quite so bad. Which of the GOP candidates can beat Obama? The answer is, all of them. Even Paul. Obama has a terrible record to run on. The real race against Obama hasn’t begun yet. The real question is; who will be most effective after the election? Going by past performance, I think it is Newt. As a Romney supporter; do you really think four more years of Obama is better than a President Newt? I would vote for Romney IF he gets the nod. Keep digging. Newt 2012

  86. Evelyn Says:

The March 5, 2012 debate in Simi Valley will be shown on NBC — TBD.

  87. Joel Says:

Aftonmountain, all I know is when Mitt was getting his campaign organized AND getting on the ballot in Virginia, (putting the effort in) Newt was vacationing in the Greek Isles. It’s Newt’s state and he is not even on the ballot! He talks a good game but he is hot air! Mitt is a leader and The only one who seems credible with respect to following his conscience! Romney WILL be the next President of the United States!

  88. Tina Says:

How can I get tickets to the debate in Simi Valley March?

  89. Ben Says:

I’d like to see all four candidates in a 25 mile bike ride. I am just going to predict, Newt won’t see the finish line! Lol!

  90. Patricia A Drake Says:

Please send out calendar of debates prior to locale at voting places or persons in charge to distribute.

    Thank you

  91. Cheryl Says:

Why wouldn’t anyone want Mitt for President?? They cannot find any dirt on him and won’t because of who he is. He is a leader and he truly cares about this county. If he can be as successful as he his in his own dealings, he is definitely capable to “fix” this country. A vote for Newt is a vote for Obama….

  92. Jerald Says:

    KAVON:

I just noticed that the March 3 Washington State GOP caucus is missing from this table…

  93. Aftonmountain Says:

Unfortunately, the Va gop is part of the “establishment”. They change the rules of the game in the 4th quarter. If they had used the rules as 2008, all the candidates would have been on the ballot. Doesn’t it seem odd that the only people on the ballot are the people who have been running for six years. You Romney people must be dems! It is the only thing that explains your dislike for Newt. Romney is this election’s McCain. Just ask McCain! It will take Bold leadership to save this country. Newt 2012

  94. BlackDogma Says:

McCain would’ve been a worse President than Obama, without a doubt. Look up some things McCain has said… he doesn’t care anything for personal freedoms, whether it be at home or abroad. He’s an arrogant idiot with a big ego. Singing about bombing Iran years ago when we were at war with Iraq. What a goon.

  95. LOUIE DOGMA Says:

Would love tickets for, as Ralf would have said, “to the moon”. How much for the 7 days 14 nights package?

  96. Ben Says:

Newt is part of the ESTABLISHMENT! It is the same rules every four years in VA to get on the ballot. No Republican was going to win the White house in 2008. Bush made sure of that! It was going to be a Democrat, no question about that! Romney said it was a long shot. Newt with his moon colony, REALLY?!? Newt is a fruit cake…The best job for Newt is in a classroom teaching history. Reagan was a actor and was a great President! Romney is a VERY successful businessman and not part of the Washington establishment, Let’s give this man a chance! I know he is gonna be GREAT! Go Romney!

  97. Joel Says:

Good luck with your man Newt, Aftonmountain! He will be back on K street in Washington soon trying to sell his history to the highest bidder! Peace!

  98. LOUIE DOGMA Says:

“Newt is a fruit cake”, butBen …just think, maybe he and Sarah should be on the ticket, 7 days 14 nights…?

  104. John Says:

Does anyone know how to get tickets for the Republican Primary debates? Specifically I want to attend the debate at the Ronald Reagan Library on March 5th.

  105. Aftonmountain Says:

A Trump endorsement! Trump is a man that has supported more democrats than Obama. Romney is supporting increases in the minimum wage laws. You would think a successful business man would have a better understanding of supply side economics. That would amount to a tax increase on every small business across this great country. Romney people, “C’mon Man”

  106. Ben Says:

Get real Aftonmountain?!…..you grasping at straws!

  107. Aftonmountain Says:

It appears the TEA party will have to fight this fight alone. Republicans never seem to learn their lesson. I had thought after the 2010 mid terms, the republican party would embrace conservatism. I was wrong! When Romney loses to Obama in November, conservatives will have no choice but to go another way. Third party! You moderates have to be taught a lesson. You didn’t learn it in 2006, or in 2008. Romney is just another big government democrat. I have learned a lot during this primary process. Many so called conservatives have shown me their true colors. I used to be a republican, and have always voted that way. In Va, I will be voting for Paul. He is more conservative than Romney. I hope others will see that as well.

  108. SCF Says:

I don’t see the Missouri Primary on February 7th on the list. Also, thank you Aftonmountain for supporting Dr. Paul!

  109. Ben Says:

That is wonderful, vote your heart….Aftonmountain, that is your right! Your man Newt sat on the couch (when he’s not leaning and slouching on everything within reach – lazy!!) with Nancy Pelosi and he called Paul Ryan’s plan “right wing social engineering” that is what I call a big government democrat! Call me what you want! I am not delusional in my thinking…Newt is a dishonest Washington insider!!! Barack Obama hopes to have Newt as the nominee! Newt is a disgrace to the republican party! I know some Newt supporters and we respectfully agree to disagree but, Newt seems to appeal to followers and not leaders! He tells you what you want to hear (hence made different promises for every state he’s been to)! You WILL have Obama four more years if Newt is the nominee! There is NOTHING presidential about the “Angry Muffin”! Success and prosperity is my hope for our country and not a pie-in-the-sky colony on the moon! Romney 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  110. Joel Says:

You about summed it up in your “followers and leaders sentence” Ben! The Governor of South Carolina is the voice of the TEA party and she endorsed who? Governor Mitt Romney…yeah!!!!

  111. JCaust Says:

WTG Florida and Nevada! WTG Mitt! Keep it rolling. Colorado looks good, I hope Minnesota doesn’t throw a monkey wrench into the mix. Romney is finally gaining some traction.

  112. Aftonmountain Says:

What were those last two Romney endorsements? Let’s see. Oh yeah, Trump and George Soros! That speaks clearly for Romney. As Soros said,”between Obama and Romney, there is not much difference”. Please give me some conservative Romney credentials. I don’t recall any. Did they ever finish that “Big Dig”?

  113. Joel Says:

Hey Aftonmountain, dig deep dude, what your man is doing ain’t working! Newt was praying for Trumps endorsement!……and REALLY, who cares what George Soros have to say! They want your man Newt in the fall ok, get it?

[...] in the race for the November general election. February is a difficult month, with only one debate and three out of the four elections being caucuses. However, Mitt does seem to have the organisation and momentum to do well in these states and has [...]

  115. Aftonmountain Says:

Still waiting on those conservative accomplishments of Mitt! I don’t care who the socialist want to run against. I’m more concerned about the republican establishment. The only endorsement that matters to me is that of Art Laffer. Romney will not get the support of conservatives. They will stay home on election day. Newt is the best chance to change DC. Dr Paul can bring a lot to the table. I like his domestic policies. Newt 2012.

  116. Joel Says:

Look, you are a smart person right, Aftonmountain? Go do some reading at Romney.com. Romney’s brilliant resume is simply too long to list and I do not have the time to go over it with you. Feel free to stay home on election day and give Obama four more years! If you do that I am gonna have to question your smarts? Go ask questions of Newt’s cheated wives and the people on the ethics committee. If Newt represents your conservative values I must wonder about you because you therefore seem enthusiastic about having an adulteress and home-wrecker represent us as the first lady to the world? Newt needs to run on himself and not on Ronald Reagan! You would swear the man was the President and Reagan his advisor?! Leadership, success, family values, generosity (trust me I can go on and on), is what I find in Romney! I trust Romney, that’s it! A decent, all-around good human being… Compared to your man! With Newt’s favorite line “now let me be real clear”! I cant listen to his garbage anymore – not in clear conscience! There simply is no comparison!!

  117. Ben Says:

That’s who Newt reminds me of: Al Gore. Arrogant, self centered and touting a different message every day – depending on how he thinks the wind is blowing and who he’s preaching to on the day!

  118. Aftonmountain Says:

Joel, if you understand religion, then you have to believe in forgiveness. It’s not for me to judge Romney on his pro-abortion stand years ago. Although, how many children died because of it. Newt’s marrage issues are his to reconcile with. It does not deminish his accomplishments in congress during his service to our country. I believe in doing the right thing every day, but unfortunatly that wasn’t always the case. But I learned from my mistakes, and it made me a person for it. I would respect Romney more if he campaigned on his true beliefs. I don’t feel he will change anything. He might slow down the progression towards socialism, but I don’t believe he will reverse course. Status quo won’t work anymore. We need bold conservative ideas. I hope one day you will understand what I am saying. Our Liberty is at stake. I was where you are at years ago. I’m afraid all this debate is for nothing. Obama will probably be re-elected. Americans just don’t seem to care about politics. Only themselves! Newt 2012

  119. Joel Says:

Ok Aftonmountain! Believe me, I understand! I choose my path and I am going with the man I believe fit to beat Obama and turn this country around. Peace!

How do you get tickets to the debate in Atlanta on March 1st?

  123. Aftonmountain Says:

Levin just talked to Romney supporter named Joel. Was that you? He ask for 5 reasons why conservatives should vote for Romney. Other than money and organization, joel could not answer him. This has been my point all along! Newt 1) balanced budgets. 2)$400 billion payed down on the national debt. 3)first republican congress in 40 years. 4)stopped hillary care. 5)created the environment for millions of new jobs. Please read “21st Century Contract with America”. Newt 2012

  124. Joel Says:

Are we doing this again Aftonmountain? I am an INDEPENDANT! Republicans will vote for their man and Democrats will vote for you know who, it is the Independant vote that will decide THIS election! Done over and out!!!!!!!!!!

  125. Ben Says:

Maybe it will be a good thing for a Gingrich or a Santorum to get the nomination and Obama wipe the floor with them in November! I am sick of the whole bunch with them wanting to fix Washington with these two insiders! I know who gets my vote if one of these two gets in! They do not get it Joel, the Independants will sort them out if it is not Romney.

  126. Ron Says:

Newt’s address at CPAC was excellent! This is the very bold solutions conservatives are looking for. With the help of the american people, Newt will assist the next congress reform DC! The american dream is not dead. Go to Newt’s website to learn more. Newt 2012

  128. Ben Says:

Romney won the CPAC straw poll. This from a VERY conservative group of people! Newt a distant third! Let’s get behind Romney and get this country back!!! President Romney, it sounds GREAT!!!!! Romney 2012!!!!

  141. Joel Says:

Ha…ha! I could deal with space exploration dude, but, a state on the moon! We need issues that are important to be the topic of discussion! He made a spectical out of himself! Made for some good laughter!!! I believe you are the short sighted one :-) )))!!!!

  142. Ben Says:

Man, I am just happy for Aftonmountain! He seems to have found a buddy in
    Buzzcatcher….Go get them dudes!

  143. Aftonmountain Says:

My dear friends, have you heard of “Helium 3″. One shuttle load of this can provide enough electricity to power the whole United States! The one place this can be found abundantly; is the moon. This can be done primarily in the private sector. Newt 2012

  144. Ben Says:

Ok, just don’t hold your breath on that one! I have a few people in my life that are struggling to keep their homes and hope they can pay their electric bill next month with ample supplies right here at home. So while you are out there in space with your man Newt, I am going to keep my support with the man best to deal with the economy and help people get back to work and provide for their families!!!!!! GO ROMNEY!!!! I am really bored stiff with this conversation about a bridge to nowhere! I am out!

  145. Joel Says:

Ben, I hear you my man! Good luck to all! Better times are ahead! Romney for President!

  146. Aftonmountain Says:

The economy won’t go anywhere as long as ORomney care is still law. First and foremost this must be repealed. Newt has a plan to repeal this on day one. ORomney care is killing small business everywhere. I to know people who have lost their homes. Romney doesn’t have the courage to take on the establishment. (In my opinion)! Only Newt has reformed DC. I saw him do it in the 90′s. He can do it again if given the opportunity! Rapid energy production will be the key to digging ourselves out of this mess. I’ve seen this before. All is not lost. YET!!

  147. Mike Says:

  149. Uberzephyr Says:

You guys have no clue about the math involved in the Helium 3 stuff, do you? A science fiction movie from 2009, a science fiction book about hijacking a shuttle to the moon, and you think it’s a done deal? Just because He-3 is a lot more prevalent on the moon, doesn’t mean it’s common. Estimates are 1-15 ppb (that’s parts per billion) of the lunar regolith. Estimates are that if He3 fusion were possible (it’s not yet), roughly 15 metric tons of the stuff could power the US household electrical needs for one year. Note that’s one year, not 20. The US, not the world. Household, not total energy. Of course, to mine 15 tons of the stuff, you’d have to mine 1 billion tons of lunar ore, and have some way to extract the Helium. To give you an idea of how much that is, The open pit copper mine in Bingham Utah has extracted about 2.5 billion tons of ore in it’s entire time in existance – about 110 years!. You expect to do half that amount…every year…on the moon! lol!

  150. Aftonmountain Says:

Never saw the movie, or read the book you speak of. Just a mere 25 yrs ago, the device I email on was science fiction! The fact is; we don’t know exactly how much he3 is present beneath the lunar surface. There are varying estimates. Thank God for visionaries! I’m glad I don’t have to rub 2 sticks together to start a fire.

  151. joe Says:

Why isn’t WA state shown for their March 3rd caucus?

  152. Cindy Says:

I was hoping that you would update this calendar to represent those scheduled calendar events that will be taking place with the remaining states like Pennsylvania, Texas, California etc.

It is obvious a candidate will not be chosen by April 1, 2012 and we have June 6, 2012 and the August Convention, and lastly November 6, 2012 General Election.

I think your site is good. I have used this page throughout the primary election process, and would like to continue, however, after April 1, 2012, this page will not give me updated information, and I will have to seek another webpage/website to use.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Cindy
