  2. My Man Mitt 4 President Says:

Yep.. Bring it Mitt Bring it!!!! Hey Matt after people have time to notice the USA GAllup national poll. Would you FPP the Mitchell MI poll with Romney up by +2 Thanks!

  3. Droopy Says:

Nominee Mitt = Independents in play for Republicans (win)

Nominee Santorum = Only HARD right in play for Republicans (loss)

  4. RACE 4 2016 Says:

    Great News! Go Romney Go!

  5. eddy Says:

One has to wonder about all these polls, they are all over the place. If Romney os getting 50%, that is a good sign.

Nominee Santorum = Christian Jihad lands us with some southern states and TX only. Oh, and us mormons once again vote republican even though we’re “not really Christian” according to many of our fellow republicans. Maybe we’re practicing a “false theology” ex-Senator Rick? Talk about a dog-whistle.

  7. glenn for president romney 2012 Says:

Oh, and yes, Romney getting 50% is a very real possibility given that unemployment will be +8%, gas +$4, and GDP <2.5%. His executive experience and appeal to independents especially in swing states will be huge.

The economy gave a nice gasp of air the last few months, but the numbers won't do well by November. I also don't expect Iran, Europe, and the housing market to help things. That doesn't make me happy at all, but it will expose Obama for the over-his-head president that he is.

  8. Matthew Kilburn Says:

Romney at 50%, among REGISTERED voters?

    Wow.

  9. Massachusetts Conservative Says:

    WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

    **** YEAH!!!!!

  10. My Man Mitt 4 President Says:

    Unemployment is at 9%

  11. Smartest Guy In The Room Says:

    Outlier.

  12. wateredseedsforJESUS Says:

    11,

Why is it an outlier? Santorum is only 1 point back from Obama in this poll. It’s much more favorable overall than most of the polls we’ve been seeing. But rasmussen showed numbers that were “close” to this recently. We’re starting to see Obama’s SOTU bounce fade…along with the fact that people aren’t really paying that much attention to the republicans attacking each other anymore. I think people have pretty well decided that they’ll just vote for the republican nominee because they really don’t like Obama. If unemployment stays above 8%…and gas is at $4 a gallon….we win.
