So far, Texas is looking to be a difficult state for Romney
Maybe things will change after a string of earlier state wins.
We shall see…

I looks like 74% of Texans oppose their current governor (RomNot logic)

If I am a sitting governor and only 26% of my state are willing to vote for me, there is something wrong.
However, as things stand now, neither Perry or Cain are likely to be viable by the time Texas votes.

Imagine if there were a Massachusetts poll showing Romney at 26%. What would the RomNots and the press be saying?

Since Cain’s numbers will fall some, following the recent disclosure of indiscretions on his part, we might have found a state Perry can actually carry.

If he survives that long, which I doubt. Perry is going to be gone by SC.

Half of Massachussetts and 6 ouf 10 voters in Utah support Romney. Only 2 states with candidate above 50%.

This Cain thing has some legs. They are not handling it well at all.
Hey, Newt may have been a dog…but he was NEVER accused of harassing a woman or making unwanted advances. Newt didn’t have to make large financial settlements to keep people quiet.
No candidate is perfect, but I’ll take a real rock ribbed conservative like Newt over the rest of this crowd. Cain’s 15 minutes may be about up.

HERMABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!

Half of MA support Romney because it’s so LIBERAL!
Half of TX support Cain & Perry because it’s so CONSERVATIVE!

The popular southern candidate is in the lead.
The next two are locals.
The fourth is the guy who will actually win.

In other news, Huntsman and Santorum will soon call for a boycott of the Texas primary.
October 31st, 2011 at 12:07 pm
It is an open primary, with a lot of independent conservatives. Wonder why they only asked Republicans the top line number?
I admit I have a bias to my question because I support Ron Paul, who dominates with independents in Texas.

teledude, Newt sat for global warming regulation commercials with Nancy Pelosi and pushed the individual mandate in requiring national health care insurance plans. Spending went up every year under his speakership.
Wherein do you see the ‘rock ribbed conservative’?

Why would you put an ONLINE poll up that is not scientific as proof Texas don’t want Perry? And what idiot would get excited over a Texas Tribune/UT poll? OMG no wonder Obama wins elected, the masses are idiots.
