New Hampshire – Not Displaying Romney

October 30th, 2011 at 12:56 pm
The lines are so erratic.

It looks to me like the danger for Romney is somehow coming in third in Iowa with Cain and Perry ending up 1/2, or worse, 2/1.
If Romney escapes that scenario, he ought to be able to manage a solid second in SC, and then bust it open in FL, clear sailing from there for a whole month, nothing but momentum going forward.

Hey, fellow Romney Supporters…
Where are some of the BETTER election news sites out there that allow commenting?
Here’s one: http://nation.foxnews.com/
I’m thinking we should take our fight out there to combat the massive misinformation being blindly repeated. We won’t change the minds of the hard core, but those who are looking for the truth need to see intelligent defense of Mitt.
Got any other sites?
October 30th, 2011 at 2:12 pm
#3 Spreading out Romney fans to other sites, hmmm… sounds like a good idea. Everyone at race has pretty much jumped onto the Romney wagon.
October 30th, 2011 at 2:20 pm
4. Yeah, just the ones where there’s a reasonable level of fairness and where it’s likely that honest people looking for info to help them decide.
Romney needs the truth to be posted at these places because there are plenty of opponents spreading lies and misrepresentations, unintentionally or not.

Keith,
Your idea is good, and I went to your site suggestion and read the first 10 comments on the Romney piece, one of which was yours. It was the only pro-Romney comment in a piece about Romney….in the first 10 of 135 comments, at least.
Just wish I didn’t dislike Fox News so much.

Turn your computer screen upside down to read an important message from His Lordship hidden in the polling squiggles. Just stare at it for a while, you’ll see it. I promise.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

6. Yeah, it’s sad. I’ve got about 12 comments on that article. Many of my comments are getting some LIKES though, so that’s good.
I’ve got another 8 comments in moderation. Some because of links, I’m sure, but I can’t figure out why the others went to moderation.

Raise some Cain, folks
Need IA + SC = nomination!

Dave, you only “dislike Fox News so much” because they are a conservative media company that promotes grassroots conservatism on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis.
And thats not even close to your hero, mod/lib Romney’s cup of tea.
If you want more proof of their impact, read the columns and comments over there.

Once again, I want to request that the color for each candidate be kept the same from graph to graph within a single post.
October 30th, 2011 at 10:11 pm
Joshua, he has stated that Excel auto selects the colors and it’s not worth the time to manually adjust them.
If it’s very important to you, I’m sure he’d be happy to let you create the color coordinated charts for him to update.
October 30th, 2011 at 10:12 pm
Joshua,
Once again: Microsoft Excel automatically sets the colors based on order (blue, red, yellow, green, purple). It’s possible to go in and individually format the color of each line, every time you update the graph, but that is way too much work.

Survey respondents do not translate into votes when you have no money, organization, or endorsements.

It’s pretty much a given that Romney will win New Hampshire. So what do you think the impact would be if no clear cut winner came out of Iowa?
October 31st, 2011 at 2:42 pm
If Cain’s support evaporates like everyone expects, polls show that Romney will be the clear winner in Iowa and go on to victory in short order. If Cain is competitive in Iowa, Romney is still in great shape because he has a stable foundation and a boatload of endorsements. Those endorsements represent a huge number of Republicans.
