    It’s surprising how such a few number of folks know who DeMint is.

    He is far less well known and important than he thinks he is. He is only a renagade because he wasn’t popular in the Senate and was passed over for leadership positions. Which is why in 3 quick years he’s gone from supporting “the next Ronald Reagan” Mitt Romney to now supporting “the next Ronald Reagan” (lol) Sarah Palin.

    The same reason why Pence wants to leave the House – he’s also unpopular amongst the people who know him best (his colleagues).
