JD Hayworth is not a grassroots conservative. He is a corrupt, DC insider who contributed to the destruction of the Republican party during the last decade.

Politics is a magnet for crooks like elementary schools are a magnet for pedophiles. Thanks for the education on this issue, Lorelli.

That just may be the kiss of death for John McCain, heh heh

I’m asking here, not suggesting, so don’t jump on me here; could we be talking about a case where Hayworth has paid his dues for past deeds and has just as much right as anyone to seek this office? I live in AZ and would like to see McCain sent home. And while I’m willing to forgive past mistakes and vote for somebody, I’m not sure I can trust Hayworth to stay clean, if you will.

It appears that the allegation is that his PAC took money from a convict and that some of his PAC money went to his wife.
I fail to see the impropriety in that if that’s the gist of the allegation. That the PAC money went to his wife is only improper if his wife served no role for the PAC. Taking money from convicts is something that Hayworth’s opponent and plenty of others have done. The issue isn’t the taking of money from convicts but rather whether he took that money with the knowledge that it was acquired illegally.

Sorry.

No sweat! Me too.

Maybe, but his name is not John McCain.
That gives him a HUGE ADVANTAGE in the race.

Perhaps that’s the reason Mitt Romney endorsed McCain?
