Basically this means there’s no real middle ground for Obama to work with as a compromise. Nothing’s gained (except perhaps some energy to the opposition) by moving the trial somewhere other than Gitmo.

Obama needs to find something he can pass with broad popular support. Good grief… Why go about the KSM trial this way with numbers like these?

Obama is psychotic. Honestly, even if this guy really were a full on Communist no-good, what advantage does he get bringing his terrorist friends for U.S. trial? Enlighten me, anyone. And while the Articles of Impeachment are being drawn up for him, Pelosi HAS TO GO flying her fam on military aircraft, WITHOUT her, drinking themselves silly and to what, places like JAPAN? Look, either my family and kids get to fly Air Force style to the destination of our choice OR ELSE PELOSI RESIGNS. I’ve had it. Anyone else? On taxpayer nickel. This woman needs to get pushed out back into the real world. She has completely lost touch and is abusive at best. She needs to wait tables at a truck stop. Even that’s too good for her.

Women who wait tables at truckstops in America retort in unison,
“Hey, elitist Liz – what do you do for a living to feed your kids?”

I’m a truckdriver.
Man oh man, it is SO shaping up Romney this cycle. Also, I just picked up a new phrase from the comments section on another blog – “You are a glittering jewel of colossal ignorance.” It already sounds trite I guess.

“A glittering jewel…of colossal ignorance.” Nope. Doesn’t work.

7. Sounds like someone bought a new thesaurus at a truck stop for Christmas….

Just kidding with you, Liz.
Anyway:
Gov. Huckabee will speak at the annual NRB Media Leadership Dinner to be held on February 28th. (My company will have a booth in the hall so it will be a pleasure and honor to meet him, if possible.)

This administration surely cannot think of a common sense solution to a problem
when such is staring them in the face. Why not try these co-conspirators in a
military tribunal in Gitmo ( cheaper for security ) instead of spending 200 million
for such . Since they already confessed guilty as enemy combatants, why not execute
them as they deserve. Besides, Obama has yet to look for thet 200 mil, which they do not have.

GOP revives ‘soft on terror’ charge
A series of recent controversies — capped by Friday’s decision to pull a key 9/11 trial out of Manhattan — is prompting Republicans to turn up the pressure on President Barack Obama, by resurrecting the kind of “soft on terrorism” charge that has dogged Democrats in the past.

Report: TARP benefits have fallen far short
The $700 billion bailout program for the financial industry has so far done little to boost bank lending, aid small businesses or reduce home foreclosures, a top government watchdog said in a report.
