Go Linda!
December 22nd, 2009 at 5:39 pm
I’m ok with Linda McMahon, as long as Macho Man Randy Savage does campaign commercials.

It’s still a long campaign!
Go Peter Schiff!

Wow! I had no idea she’d become viable, let alone a frontrunner!

The problem with Linda McMahon being the nominee is that will provide a huge opening for the Dems/media to take the attention off of Dodd. Someone could never run out of material for stories of all the problems the WWE has had.

another former WWE wrestler just died, Umaga, he was in his 30′s.
the GOP should just fold up shop if they nominate a novice like mcmahon

I absolutely hated Umanga. The WWE needed to get away from his style of rasslin. But rest in piece.
What was the cause of his death?

What Linda McMahon has is $50 million dollars to spread her name around the state.
She has “Mitt Romney” money and she plans to spend it like crazy.
At least she seems consistent in her positions, unlike Slick Mitt.

Well it does to show you how radioactive Chris Dodd, is, but with a year to go, a lot can change, anybody remember that was Sarah’s rating in August 2008, Anyone know what she stands for, over Colonel Simmons and Peter Schiff

10 T.B.,
I believe Umaga died of a heart attack. He had his name included in a list of athletes who purchased growth hormones banned by the WWE. The WWE released him when he refused to enter rehab. So, I would imagine his drug use damaged his heart.

You guys seriously underestimate Mcmahon. She’s a very intelligent and intillectual business woman. What problems has the WWE had recently? The last major issue was the Benoit murders/suicide. Other than that….the wellness policy of the WWE instituted under Mcmahon as CEO, has curbed a lot of drug use(although hardly eliminated it). I have no problem with her….as long as she is in Connecticut. If she were to move to a more conservative state, i wouldn’t support her…or like her chances at all. I think she is one of those politicians that can transcend politics and connect with people…and what they want. If that is true, then she will almost surely will. Plus, it would be funny to see Dodd get beat by a former wrestling CEO.
