Based on the recent activity (comments) on this site, I had to post this editorial by Andrew Breitbart.
In so many ways it accuratly depicts this site. Next time, we should think twice before being critical of our sites administrator, when he decides to ‘ban’ a guest.
First Page:
A digital war has broken out, and the conservative movement is losing. Read the comment sections of right-leaning blogs, news sites and social forums, and the evidence is there in ugly abundance. Internet hooligans are spewing their talking points to thwart the dissent of the newly-out-of-power.
We must not let that go unanswered.
Uninvited Democratic activists are on a mission to demoralize the enemy – us. They want to ensure that President Obamais not subject to the same coordinated, facts-be-damned, multimedia takedown they employed over eight long years to destroy the presidency – and the humanity – of George W. Bush.
Political leftists play for keeps. They are willing to lie, perform deceptive acts in a coordinated fashion and do so in a wicked way – all in the pursuit of victory. Moral relativism is alive and well in the land of Hope and Change and its Web-savvy youth brigade expresses its “idealism” in a most cynical fashion.
The ends justify the means for them – now more than ever.
Much of Mr. Obama’s vaunted online strategy involved utilizing “Internet trolls” to invade enemy lines under false names and trying to derail discussion. In the real world, that’s called “vandalism.” But in a political movement that embraces “graffiti” as avant-garde art , that’s business as usual. It relishes the ability to destroy other people’s property in pursuit of electoral victory.
Hugh Hewitt’s popular site shut off its comments section because of the success of these obnoxious invaders. Breitbart polices nonpartisan newswire stories for such obviously coordinated attacks. Other right-leaning sites such as Instapundit and National Review Online refuse to allow comments, knowing better than to flirt with the online activist left.
During the Clinton impeachment scandal, a new group out of California called MoveOn.org employed a plan to get its members to dial into right-leaning talk radio shows with scripted talking points falsely claiming that they were Republicans. They said they would never vote for the GOP again if the case against Bill Clinton was pursued.
Rush Limbaugh was the first to isolate these “seminar callers,” whose mission during the Lewinsky mess was to fool the listening audience into believing they were outraged conservatives willing to cut their ties to the Republican Party if the GOP-led Congress continued down the impeachment path.

Thanks for the post Kristofer. It is a little funny that people want you banned, but they never called for the banning of Tano, Caroline and a few other various characters.
March 30th, 2009 at 2:27 pm
OHIO, it really does not bother me, plus Knepper receives many more threats and ban requests than I do. Mine are less often, but usually are more ferocious.
March 30th, 2009 at 2:32 pm
Perhaps there are ban requests behind the scenes, but I never asked for Alex to be banned, we need as many Conservative voices as possible.
March 30th, 2009 at 2:48 pm
So now we are censuring any critic to liberals in this site?.
March 30th, 2009 at 2:52 pm
Nope. How do you feel about President Obama’s job performance?

Kristofer if I’d say what i feel about the socialist in the White House i would be ban. But i repeat: some FPP are worse than many democrats in the media.
March 30th, 2009 at 3:14 pm
#7, How do you feel about President Obama’s job performance? Please tell me, in detail?
March 30th, 2009 at 3:49 pm
Kristofer you think I’m a troll or something like that?….I’m here longer than you but if you insist:
Barack Obama is a fraud. He’s program are going to lead the USA to a complete bankruptcy. I have to say that the bailout are a bad solution and sadly President Bush is the one who started this madness.
Obama has used the race card to reach the presidency and republicans are too coward to call him on that regard. On the national security and foreign policy, either he is completely incompetent or a trojan horse, how the hell is better for America to close Gitmo? or drop the word “terrorism” or “war on terror”?…how that make America more safe?.
Meanwhile republicans are arguing over what Gov.Palin do or say or whatever. What is the importance of Romney’s religion?…I know is importat for those who wants to discualify the only good candidate that the GOP has.
Good enough for you Kristofer?
March 30th, 2009 at 3:51 pm
this is kinda off the subject but how does one get banned if you don’t need to login to post? everyone has dynamic ip’s nowadays. if anyone wants to know how i feel about the obama administration, read the op-ed by mark salter, or anything charles krauthammer wrote in the past 9 months.
March 30th, 2009 at 3:56 pm
Sampo i don’t know why kristofer want to know how we feel about Obama after his candidate (both of them) are some of the reason we’re stuck with this President.
March 30th, 2009 at 4:01 pm
Falz, because I wanted to hear what you had to say….other than ‘liberal this, liberal that…’
On one point…do you feel the issue is really ‘Gitmo’ or the fact that we are bringing these accused terroists back to the US with full judician rights?
March 30th, 2009 at 4:01 pm

Kristofer,
You read this?
http://theplumline.whorunsgov.com/republican-party/dem-strategists-sarah-palin-is-the-new-rush-limbaugh/
I wonder how she is going to deal with this…it will correspond with the time she’s going to be making her decision on how much she will veto of the 31% she did not accept from the stimulus funding.
March 30th, 2009 at 4:36 pm
I certainly don’t want terrorist in my town, i don’t want any of them anywhere close to America. President Bush didn’t want these people being judging in USA because of the technicality of our judicial system. In a USA court many of this terrorist would be put back in the street. Gitmo was a difficult thing for America but absolutely necessary.
March 30th, 2009 at 5:02 pm
Falz, this is why Runsfeld will not be regarded as a successful Sec. of Defense. He should have kept those prisoners in Afghanistan or sent them to Syria or Egypt.
March 30th, 2009 at 5:36 pm
Rumsfeld has a black mark – Haditha. I supported him until then.
March 30th, 2009 at 6:31 pm
Haditha. ????
March 30th, 2009 at 8:54 pm
OHIO, Rumsfeld is responsible for the outrageous charges on the marines in Haditha who risked their lives for you and me, under horrific circumstances, only to be later falsely accused of murder and other nonsense. 7 (? maybe 6) of the eight cases have been dismissed after 5 years of hell for these heroes and their families, and the last one will probably also have his charges dropped. Rumsfeld let the whole debacle get way out of control, and some accuse him of pressuring commanders to bring charges to make it look like he was doing something, bowing to public pressure. The whole thing was a scam, and Murtha was the one who started the big lie.
Remember?
March 30th, 2009 at 9:23 pm
Ohio,
Runsfeld covered up Abu Ghraib, but tossed the Marines to the wolves (media).
March 30th, 2009 at 9:24 pm
Rumsfeld*
March 31st, 2009 at 6:45 am
Martha & Kristofer, I did not realize that Mr. Rumsfeld was to blame for that debacle. I realize that these men fought for our freedom and I agree that they were treated badly.
