I think I may throw a fit if Barack Obama continues to knock John McCain for being a life-long member of the Washington establishment while the federal government failed to make progress on energy independence.
Barack, turn around and look at the man standing behind you on stage.
Joe Biden has been a member of that same establishment since the Nixon Adminstration.
A simply ridiculous argument.

They criticize Palin for being inexperienced.
They criticize McCain for being part of Washington.
And what’s their ticket?
The same. Damn. Thing.

Michael, as Palin pointed out today (I did not know), that Biden fought against the original Alaska pipeline.
Could you imagine if Biden had won and we did not have all that Alaska oil pumping in to the USA for the last 30 years? We would be paying $7.00 Gal. gas.

How is that any different from McCain zinging Barry on his inexperience. You can’t have it both ways. Either it’s just the top of the ticket that counts, or we have to take Palin with all her problems.

Let’s also look at Biden’s voting record on oil drilling. It’s worse than McCain’s BY FAR!
