??????? As we have predicted and seen, Nina Easton of?Fortune magazine reports that?Speaker Newt Gingrich is positioning himself to be drafted into the 2008 presidential race sometime this coming fall.
It is a risky strategy, especially given the early media focus on candidates and the existence of multiple candidate debates this spring and summer – by then voters may be comfortable with the choices as the field stands.

If Newt Gingrich can be drafted by the people to run, good for him.
He is a smart dynamic fellow, and he would add to the debate.
